The following information are all about registration for 2010-2011 new school year.
1. Current Students Registration
This week, you will find 2010-2011 registration package in your kids backpack. No matter what change you make, you need to turn your HuaXia students registration and waiver forms to your current room parents before 5/9/10. Most of the teachers do not follow the class to upper level, but all the students will remain intact and lift to a high level unless you specify otherwise. Please write each check for each child. our web here. This year, we are not offering any DaHua Gift Certificate.
2. Current HuaXia students going or not going to Credit Class
You need to fill out the credit class registration form for new students and give it to your current Room Parents in the regular class.Credit class is for students going for 7th grade in their regular school in Fall 2010. If you are qualified to go but decide not to, we have regular 7th, and 8th if there are enough enrollment for a class.
3. Placement Test For Credit Class
The placement test is only required if the student wishes to be placed in Level II, no need to take if they go Level I but you still have to register. You only have to take Placement Test once and we will never score two tests for one individual and all the tests will be scored after the registration forms are received. Due to the shortage of the morning classrooms, we offer very limited morning class and you should be flexible for AM or PM. The information about the class placment will be emailed to the students during late August. If you miss the test on 4/18, you can take 5/9.
4. New Students Registraton
Our new students registration will be 4/25, 5/2, 5/9 from 10:00am -2:00pm at T401. Registration is required to before taking the Credit Class Placement Test on May 9.
5. Graduation Ceremony
2009-2010 graduation ceremony has two sessions; one for AP & Credit Classes and one for Regular & Bilingual Classes. The winners of XieZiBiSai and LangDuBiSai will be awarded at the ceremony.
